Rachel has been in the industry since she was ten years old! Haha, Truly, she was that young when she accompanied her grandma to a listing and knew THIS was her calling. She is licensed in WV, and OH and recently obtained her Broker license in WV. A multi-million dollar producer, Rachel has won numerous awards in the industry and continues working hard for her clients. In addition to serving clients, she advocates for the industry and holds the code of ethics to a high standard.

Rachel is a Gold Star Wife. She lives in Washington, WV, with her fiancé, “bonus” kids, and their fur babies. She enjoys riding side-by-sides, boating, and traveling for work and pleasure, especially to Florida.

Over 50 years in the industry and going strong! In the spring of 1973, Carol Hildebrand started her journey as a real estate agent.

A Multi-Million dollar producer for many of the last 30+ years, she still feels the same as when she started and loved the satisfaction of selling clients a home. With time comes repeat customers and seeing those families grow. Many of her clients today are children of previous clients. They grew up in the homes that Carol had helped their parents purchase.
Carol is a great resource and a treasured asset at Scout MOV Realty! When not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Larry, affectionately known around the office as “The sign guy.”
